Early morning views

“As long as autumn lasts, I shall not have hands, canvas and colors enough to paint the beautiful things I see.” — Vincent Van Gogh

What is your favorite time to walk? What sights do you see?

  1. What beautiful photos! Golden hour is my favorite time to walk. I was doing sunrise treks over the summer too, but it’s gotten too cool here, for my liking, to do that now. So a sunset walk is my perfect time- I do have to stay close, though, once the sun goes down, it gets dark quickly and I don’t like to walk alone after dark. Is it called golden hour when the sun comes up too? The sunrise sheds such a pretty light! Maybe a tad pinker than golden?

  2. I think that I will always enjoy walking in the early morning the most. It’s not so much about what I will or won’t see but about starting my day in a way that makes me happy and leaves me feeling good.

  3. A brisk morning walk is the best. Balloons are always an exhilarating sight. I would add the hues of the morning as they cross the mtn range. The evening is all about the sunsetting on the clouds.

  4. My favorite time to walk in nature is early afternoons. I feel the peppiest then and see more of my surroundings because of it. As for what I see, usually the plants and flowers and trees. Plus many dogs.

  5. My favorite time to walk is when there is enough light to see but the sun hasn’t had time to warm us up too much. Of course, when I lived in Vietnam for a couple of years, that was a very narrow window of opportunity.
