To get into the Christmas spirit this year, I downloaded a religious app on my phone. On my walks I listen to a Bible in a Year podcast and an Advent Challenge.
In the Advent Challenge, some of the days end with a prayer which is more like a meditation.
It’s called the Litany of Let Love.
Have a wonderful holiday this week and enjoy the Litany of Let Love:

Happy holidays my dear friend
Thank you! 🥰
Merry Christmas! ✨
Merry Christmas to you!
Merry Christmas, Wickham to you and your family!!
😊
Merry Christmas! The App sounds interesting.
I really am enjoying it. I’ve learned a lot and feel so much peace.
Yes, podcasts are good while we are walking. I was listening to Joel Osteen today. I like him.
Awesome!
Merry Christmas, E.A.!
Thank you! Merry Christmas to you and Dr. Zeus. Did you notice the poor air quality? My son had to leave because it triggered his asthma. He couldn’t breathe — even up where we live.
Yes, the air quality was awful, wasn’t it? I’m so sorry that your son had to leave. It just worse every year… it’s so unfortunate. I hope that, other than that, you had a nice time.
I read it was because of stagnant air, no wind or rain for quite a while. I was so sad, but his doctor said he needed to go to ER if he used his inhaler four times in a 24-hour period. So instead of spending Christmas in a hospital, they decided to leave early. My daughter stayed and we’ve had a wonderful time together.
That is a beautiful prayer. I enjoyed it a lot. Thank you. Blessings to you this holiday season and beyond. 💜
Blessings to you and your family. Listening to that prayer read out loud on the app moved me to post it. One of the readers was Gwen Stefani. Wow.
